Morning lions in the morning light.

Hello, I'm a floating head and I've been thinking what to do with this blog for quite a long time. Silvia said she liked it because she felt like a dairy of our friendship was being kept, for everyone to read and participate on. I like that. I can share my opinions, you can share yours and blablablablablabla.

So yeah, I'll hang around here for a little while longer. I don't actually have much of a plan but this is mah blog bitches, so get over it.

Good faces to bad news

places, and landscapes and dreaming are nice too.

I've been to number 3 and hope to go to all the other ones.

Is it normal to be scared,
or to feel uncertainty?
'Cause you'd think it'll be easier
but it still makes my heart sting.
The terror out there is frightening,
it is such a fearful thing.

It is a truth universally acknowledged

I love my sister and I miss my sister and, if we were the Bennets,
she would be Jane, the pretty, gentle and kind sister,
and I would be Elizabeth.
I mean, I guess being Elizabeth would not turn out to be that dreadful.

PS: I LIKE PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, AND IF YOU DON'T APPROVE COME AT ME BRO.

Admit that the waters around you have grown.

She still enjoyed the same things, she might not have gone wilder, but she had gone wiser. Or at least, she thought so.

(to listen while reading, I guess?)

Whiny teenagers and Feminism.

She is brilliant, and in one video she was able to sum up my views of feminism in such a concise and beautiful way.
Feminism has been in my mind a lot lately, because of the whole "all-girls boarding school" thing. Also how much we all seek approval from everyone but ourselves scares me. We try to please each other and we get lost while doing it.
I haven't been really happy with the human race lately, so maybe going to the catholic school that my parents want me to go to would do me good. Or I can keep practicing Yoga. Either one.
I also have a lot of doubts about next year. I have to choose a path. And it'll be different and (probably) difficult and I'll have to start all over again. However, I have a feeling it'll be worth it in the end.
Last thing: I've been going through my old posts and I was such a whiny 14 year old 15 year old (wow, even posts from like, 6 months ago are just me complaining about how life is, "I AM ALONE IN A BOARDING SCHOOL. SEND HELP."). And it was just last year. I mean, I don't believe I've changed that much, I just feel like right now I wouldn't go telling the internet my exact feelings about a concrete person. Because you know, until farther notice, the internet is pretty public. And I don't enjoy people that I wouldn't tell about my feelings in the first place to know my feelings. I guess I learned a lesson, sort of. I'm still typing.
Look at me talking about very very random stuff while trying to be serious. Somehow.

Hard life we have, teenagers.

Sometimes I cry myself to sleep because I am not Carey Mulligan which means I am not perfect.

Original?

We've come to a point in which everyone claims to want to be so "original" that they forget to be themselves, and start acting like total and stupid strangers. I get you're searching to understand who you are and blablabla. But you are not going to find that out by trying to become someone else.

You are original in the first place, and you should embrace it as it is. You don't have to look for "hipster" things, or try to find the "least mainstream" whatever. You should look out for what you like. Those likes will change over time, I can assure you. 11 year old me loved Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers. And I am not ashamed. Every phase you go through makes you who you are.

In this sense, fashion truly annoys me. So I'd say, do your shit your own way. Because you're not hurting anyone by being who you truly are. If not, you'll just loose yourself at some point or another.

I could write some Selena Gomez-ish songs with all this, it'll go like "LOOOOOOOVE YOURSEEEEELF! *backup singers that do all the work*" x10000000

Old Sport.

At the enchanted metropolitan twilight I felt a haunting loneliness sometimes, and felt it in others - poor young clerks who loitered in front of windows waiting until it was time for a solitary restaurant dinner - young clerks in the dusk, wasting the most poignant moments of night and life.

This is stupid and so are most of us

there's all this that i have stuck in my head that i feel like telling everyone as well as I feel like telling no one.
everyone thinks what they feel is the most important thing but it's all stuck in the head, and in reality no one gives a fuck
why are sometimes memories so haunting
hey, it might seem fucked up, but we should try to fix it. trying is always the first step
except those times in which you just feel good, when it just feels right
there is nothing worse than disappointment, nothing hurts as much

but I'm happy.

(Oh, hello there mom.)

A tardes en el zoo,

Y mañanas en la cocina,

Y bueno, aunque me encantaria llamarte ahora mismo,
